Standard Shipping Policy:
Upon receiving your awning, you must inspect the shipping carton for damage.
Before signing the Bill of Lading, you must note on the Bill of Lading any
imperfections to the shipping cartons and or contents of the cartons if exposed.
If you sign for the awning without noting any damage, the freight company will
assume that there is no damage and there will be no recourse for a damage claim
with the freight company from that point forward. At that point you, the
consumer accept full responsibility for repair or replacement of damaged
components and working systems. Your awning will ship to you from our factory
without any damage to the carton and or contents inside the carton. If there is
damage, note it on the Bill of Lading at the time of receipt and contact us
immediately. |
